Is it possible to save the changes made by the user permanently in Enhanced workbench?

Hi Team,

Recently we are upgrading our Legacy workbenches to Enhanced workbenches in our instance. Currently Enhanced workbench supports users to Drag and Drop / Reorder/Re-sequence the columns in the same Pane. But these changes are valid only for that specific user session.

There is a frustration from users that they need to repeat this process every-time they login again as OTM creates a new session. The changes made earlier are lost. Is there any possibility that changes can be made permanent without modifying the underlying screen set as different users have different requirements and we don't want to assign/ create different screen sets as such which will lead to Maintenance issue.
