When line manager tries to promote his subordinate, the required position is not appeared in the list of values in My team>promote screen

Line manager having custom line manager role with View by Position Hierarchy security profile.

The position which he want to promote comes under his hierarchy . The issue is coming for specific positions only in production and not replicable on other lower pods.

Also when we duplicate the position it is working fine.
