Customer receipt do not save "open receivables" added transactions and is not also possible to setup application date = receipt date automatically

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

oracle seems only allowe receipts application date management only from web UI manually!, when I record manually a receipt and I choose open receivables in the reference details the system do not allow to "save apply automatically" them on a specific application date, forcing user to go back in edit mode and add these application details manually manually

Application date is important for "days late" transaction details, it is not clear why oracle is pushing for manual user activity :(
