I have one role name is Project Preparer that should be have an access to create WBS on project execution and can enable it to project financial management and also can create budget version, not only that, Project Preparer must have an access to all project that created from other user with those privilege (Manage Project Plan, Manage Financial Project Plan and Manage Project Budget).
please advise how to create it?
