Changing privileges of Operations Manager
We are exploring using the Operations Manager designation, but we may need to require changes to what an Ops Mgr has access to (add some more areas, as well as take some away), vs their directs as a Line Mgr. I couldn't find anything glaringly obvious in the privileges, so I thought I'd ask here to see if anyone has any information or guidance to share as we begin to explore this.
Goal: To Add/Remove access to certain areas of an employee's records seen by designated Operations Manager (vs Line Mgr)
