How to restrict parts being added to LIG when added through 'Quick Add'

Summary:

As per current design the standard 'Quick Add' feature is available for users to add parts to LIG directly. Business wants to add validation so that a specific part when searched through 'Quick Add', appears in the search result but can't be added to LIG if the validation fails. Instead business wants a message to be displayed for all those failed parts that "Part(s) < > could not be added to LIG since it failed <> validation". Business still wants the 'Quick Add' search to bring the results for all parts but need the restriction during addition to LIG. Need
