LACLS Argentina- Electronic remito (COT) sent process on demand

Electronic Remito Sent Process, also known as the COT Sending Process, is contemplated in the localization of Argentina, being the first part of the process of communicating legal documentation before the Authority of this country. Companies must communicate remitos with shipping information and the items that are being delivered.

There is a business scenario that we do not know if it is contemplated in the transmission flow and we want to check if Oracle offers an alternative solution:

In most commercial operations, shipping and billing are sequential processes, however, on some occasions the company requires to invoice the product and confirm the shipment to release the stock, thus generating a remito without transportation data (it does not contain the patente of the vehicle or the name of the carrier). The invoiced stock is stored in the warehouse and the shipping information must be completed once the transportation is available to send that merchandise and subsequently, if the document is transmitted to the COT (maximum 4 or 5 days after invoicing).

Howdy, Stranger!
