Ship confirmation of Finished Goods with no sales order

We want to know the feasibility to do ship confirmation (shipping) of finished goods without sales order.

Can you please let us know is there a feasibility in Oracle to achieve the above process. If Yes, kindly share with us the steps to make this happen.
