Rework revision

hi Expert

how can we do Rework from old revision to next revision without work definition (manually).

We want use Rework to change product to the next revision and to insert the changes (operation and material) manually direct to the WO .

but when no Work Definition I don't get any revisions to the Work Order.

please assist.
