Disable salary updates from Assignment Update feed

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have a requirement to disable feed for salary updates alone, but enable the feed for all other assignment updates.

Please let us know if it is feasible to disable salary update alone from the 'Person's Assignment Changed' Atom feed.
