Is there a way to populate Allocation Rule Name in Comments field on Manage Project Costs Screen

Hi All,

We have a requirement that either the Allocation rule name or description should populate in the comments field on Manage Projects Costs Screen.

As per our POC, currently there is no field available while creation or generation of allocation rule which will update the comments field on Manage Project Costs Screen.

Is there a standard way to update the comments field or the custom solution is required?
