Latest updated employee's name is not reflecting in the Manage Salary approval's FYI Notification.

After updating employee's name, when a manager is changing the salary of the employee the latest updated name is not reflecting in the salary change approval and FYI Notification. 

Can anyone help me in fixing this issue?
