How to hide and Rename fields in the Noncatalog Learning Request form using Visual Builder Studio

We have requirements to hide and rename the fields from the Redwood page of Learner Self Service, Request Noncatalog Learning. We have able to bring the Visual Builder page but we do not have the skill to do these actions. We look for documents from Customer connect and Oracle MOS sites, but there is none specific for Learn Module. Please help and advise. Thanks.
