Chat Conference Pop-up

Hi,

Our client would like to have the ability to change the chat conference pop-up so that the option to decline is not available to agents and they have to accept. Alternatively, a way to automatically connect conference requests to available agents without the pop-up would work. Is this possible and if so, how would this be changed?
