How to request P2T refresh task run immediately

May I know is there a more quick way to run P2T instead of request refresh on MOS service ?

as topic mentioned, if a customer need to P2T, the request date at least should prior 3 weeks, can refresh task execute under other platform that can control by customer self (such as: My Oracle Service / Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) ?

If yes, please kindly provide the screenshot to guide me how to?
