Is there any way to make course status as completed instead of bypass completed through HDL

Summary:

Is there any way to make course status as completed instead of bypass completed through HDL.

Here is our use case

There are many employee who completed the same course from different Learning platform , now we need to make those record of such employee to be uploaded in Oracle HCM portal using HDL when we assign and make it completion through HDL it shows Bypass Completed instead of Completion status.

Is there any way to make those status as Completed instead of Bypass Completed.
