what is the equivalent table for DBA_CONSTRAINTS in OTM cloud?

Summary:

In On Prem version of OTM we use to have tables like DBA_CONSTRAINTS, ALL_CONSTRAINTS to see the tables and its associated Foreign keys when we get any error. But we are unable to find the same in OTM cloud. Looks like the tables are deprecated.

If so how do we know the associated table when we encounter constraints error.
