Can we secure a particular event within an incident by a certain role via security configuration?

Summary:

In our project we have 3 EHS Manager role based on departments and location, we have requirement to show event list of values (which is a lookup value) to be visible based on role based access

For Example

A EHS Manager Role is responsible for Security department

B EHS Manager Role is responsible for Compliance Department

So for example event Type : Unsafe Act, Notice of Violation should be only visible to A EHS Manager Role and should not be Visible to B EHS Manager role. As Event type are lookup values and cannot be edited or hidden via EL expression, is there any workaround to achieve this requirement?
