What is the smallest privilege to access REST API about supplier negotiation and persons?

Hi All,

Now we wanted to assign the access privilege of supplier negotiation and person API to a user but we don't want to assign it the existed role which has a lot of privilege.

May I know what is the smallest privilege to access API about supplier negotiation and persons?
