Hi all,
we're trying to implement custom alerts for a FSI Client. We're using this documentations: Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: Creating and Configuring Custom Resource Alerts (Doc ID 2786113.1), but even if we followed all steps into documentation, the alert isn't able to trigger the right list of employee so it isn't able to send the notification. In detail, we tried to configure the following alert "Required Learning is due soon (7 days) - daily", but it doesn't work.
Have any of you experienced the same problem? Can you suggest me how to set in the right way the alert?
