Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We have a very simple requirement. When a Line Manager shares the data of one of his direct reports with another manager, then the transaction should auto-approve and the recipient should receive a FYI notification. Currently we got the transaction to auto-approve, but 3 different FYIs are being sent out. We only need 1 FYI to be sent out. Any ideas how I accomplish this?
