Where do scheduled hours come from

Summary: Scheduled hours in time card.

The scheduled hours in the time cards shows '42.50' for all employees, I need to know from where it is coming from.

We are not using the schedule assignment, also the working hours field in the assignment page is empty.

I need to change it to '37.50' for all the staff.

Notes:

• OTL manual says 'The scheduled hours come from your current schedule or work hours, whichever applies.'
