HDL_ERROR-The selected plan doesn't have sufficient balance to complete the transaction

Summary:

HI Folks, i got wrong calculation from Source Plan to Target Plan for the year 2024. For example i got 12 instead of 21 and the remaining 9 got forfeitured. Now i am trying to load through HDL. I am getting the below error.

Please help me in resolving this.
