401 Authorization Required Smart View

in Excel SmartView log in error 401 Authorization Required

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

When log in to Excel first time user select check box Keep me Sign in. All day SmartView in Excel does not prompt to log in as expected. Next day, when opening file there is no prompt to log in, but wen refreshing data users get error 401 Authorization Required. I tried to clear cache in browser as below but it did help for one day and it still required to restart PC. 

Do you know how to not get such error at all?
