Unable to set approvals based on account used in Journal

Hi,

We are trying to set the journal approval rule based on the account used on the journal line. We want to approve the journal if any of the line contains a particular account. If the account exists the journal should route to approval, if it does not exist, the journal should not route to approval, it should be auto-approved. When we write the two rules in the below fashion, the autoapproval rule is always evaluated to be true since one of the lines of the journal not have the mentioned account. Is there any other way to write the autoapproval
