Enable Drill down from OTBI Report crated from Budgetary Control - Balances Real Time

Hi,

I've Created an OTBI report through "Budgetary Control - Balances Real Time". to retrieve the total budget, expenditure balances and so on. How to make drill down on columns which retrieve balances such as Total Budget & Obligation & Expenditures?

as you can see below, the interaction is set as Dill by default, however, there's no green hyperlink on the balances to make drill down to see the detailed transactions that made this Balance.
