Can we replace the resolved token value of ${resetUrl} with some text which itself is a link?

We are trying to customise the New User created notification under User Categories under Security Console. In this when token ${resetUrl} is resolved, it prints the complete URL in the email sent to the user. Is it possible to replace that URL with some text which in itself is a link for resetting the password.

In the above screen print, we are looking to make the Oracle Reset Password text as the link for the highlighted part.
