Can alerts be triggered based on a worker role?
The role ECL Shared Services Specialist has been created on system and assigned to some employees. We would like to create an alert notification which will be triggered for the worker with the role ECL Shared Services Specialist.
However, on the Template Page, if we tried to add a recipient for mail/worklist, we do not see the options for role.
Is there a way to define the role of a worker for the configuration of alerts?
