How to enable and disable seeded fields in the Redwood version of Learning?

We are trying to enable and disable fields in "Request Noncatalog Learning" when Redwood is enabled, with VB.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have enabled Redwood for Oracle Learning. Which means off course that we also want the customizations that we have done in the ADF version, to also be implemented for the Redwood Pages.

Navigation: Me -> Learning -> From the actions menu choose "Request Noncatalog Learning". We want the seeded fields "Start Date", "Due Date", "Note to Instructor" and "Context Segment" not to be displayed.

We want the seeded fields "Continuing professional Education Type" and "Continuing professional Education Unit" to be displayed however.
