We have requirement to configure approval rule based on Overtime Status field

Summary: We tried configuring "Over time status" field which is in Job Details >>US legislation info. We tried using BPM worklist configuring the rule " JobLegDeveloperFlexHRX5FUS5FJOBSprivate.FLSASTATUS". But we are not getting the right expression to define "Overtime Status". Could anyone help how do we define this rule.
