Oracle Fusion Table for - po_employee_hierarchies and ap_cards

We are building the dashboard for procurement in the Oracle Fusion by referring to the Oracle note query - 'My Group's Requisitions In iProcurement ( Doc ID 312425.1 )'


But the given query is for Oracle EBS and so few of the tables we are not getting when trying to use them in Fusion.

Could you please let us know which table are replaced for below in Fusion.

po_employee_hierarchies 

ap_cards
