Cannot filter/sort in "Edit learning activities in a spreadsheet" Excel

Summary:

We have over 400 people we need to update Completion statuses on. We have to compare to the MS Teams attendance file to do this. The "Edit learning activities in a spreadsheet" excel does not list the enrollees in alpha-order and does not allow us to filter or sort on name so we can easily cross reference and mark completion. If we can't do this, it will take us DAYS to get through marking completion. We need to be able to filter and sort by name in this spreadsheet.
