Change the default Publish Start Date in Course Search page

Change the default Publish Start Date in Course Search page to a fixed value

Everyday, the default value for Publish Start Date field in the Course search page changes to a value 6 months before the current system date.

We would like to change the date to a fixed value of 01-Jan-2018

Could you please help us on how to do this?
