FCCS DSO cube performance assessment

Summary:

My client is updating their COA with a lot of nominal accounts and multiple reporting hierarchies with shared members in FCCS and even with the standard DSO option enabled, I find the application's performance slow: opening data forms in UI, ad-hoc query in SmartView but consolidation time is good. I've read on other posts that FCCS could cover over 10k accounts without much issues.

Is there anything that jumped out from below stats? A checklist to assess performance pain-points?
