Possibility of having Multiple Assignments for Employees in Oracle Fusion HCM

This is required primary for approval purposes

1. In terms of the licenses customer has for Oracle ERP, are workers able to have multiple work relationships/multiple assignments? I know what it’s like with full core HR, but not sure with the shared model
2. If this is possible, how does licensing work for those users/workers? If John Smith has multiple WR/assignments, does he take up additional licensing costs? A breakdown of how licensing works would be very helpful!
