JBO-27012 Row validation method validate LiChangeEventDate error.

Hi Experts,

Getting error JBO-27012 Row validation method validate LiChangeEventDate error for row with key Oracle in ClassLearningItemDEO when Reloading the offering using hdl , due to that most of the offering are showing in error now, although I didn't receive this error when load it first time.

Could anyone help us on it?
