When we try to enter the same number for the same country(US) with hyphen between the digits, system doesn't allow to submit the transaction and throws a seeded error as below.

Scenario 2 :-

When we try to enter the same number without hyphen between the digits for the same phone type, system doesn't throw an error and allows to submit the transaction which later fails in transaction console.
