How to make the learning Item DFF visible for the learning manager but not for the learner

Summary:

The learning Item DFF in Redwood pages is visible under Me -> Learning -> From the actions menu choose "Record External Learning" (under Learning Item Details).

However, they should not be visible for the learner under the Me tab. We want those to be only visible under My Team -> Learning -> From the actions menu choose "Record External Learning" (under Learning Item Details).
