Summary:

Customer is using Quality management module for inspections. However, there are items that don't need inspection at all and for these items, receipt Routing is marked as 'Standard' at Item organization level. Receipt Routing is marked as 'Inspection Required' at Organization level under receiving parameters as most items would still require Inspection through Quality.

Still, we see inspection record created that does not require to input Quality results and without inputting any value we can proceed to Putaway. Customer is concerned this will confuse receiving users as they won't know offhand which item is to be inspected and which would not. So, by habit they will go to Inspection screen and have to enter some unnecessary details.
