Hide parts based on fields a transaction level

Summary:

Is there a way to drive a part's visibility based on fields/conditions at transaction level?

We would like to:

• collect information from transaction (for example: channel, customer type etc.)
• query a custom table that contains visibility rules
• hide (if requested by configuration in custom table) the part (product item) in both Configuration and Commerce
