Location and item on RFQ

Summary:

Can we restrict Item and Location on RFQ by Business Unit or Inventory Organization?

We understand if there is a one to one mapping between Location and Inventory Organization, we are able to restrict the deliver to location and item that can be fetched in Purchase Order. However, for RFQ we are able to fetch all the global locations only in the location field. Is there a way to restrict this to only local location tied to that particular Requisitioning BU.
