BOM Explosion/Resource Requirement Calculation when WOs are loaded via FBDI

Summary:

We are loading WOs using FBDI.

Item Structure loaded via OPS bur Resource and Work Definition is loaded via FBDI.

Constrained Supply Plan is neither exploding BOM not calculating Resource Requirements.

We do not want to load Resource Requirements via FBDI.

However, for Planned Orders we see BOM explosion as well as Resource Requirements calculated.

Is this the expected behaviour that when we load WOs via FBDI, Planning engine does not explode BOM or does not calculate Resource requirements?
