Can we load eff data after structure is loaded

Hi Experts,

Can we load Item Structure data in between the EFF load? and then load the attributes EFF data later?

For example, we loaded 100 batches of EFF data each ZIP batch file contains 250k EFF records file and 30k Systemiteminterface file

so we are planning to load Structures on weekend and on weekday we would like to resume from 101 batches

would like to any suggestions or confirmations or any risks involved
