Asset Category Assignments Mass Update Tool needs separate accounts for balance sheet and P&L accts.

Summary: We used the UpdateFixedAssetsConfig workbook to create category assignments. For the most part, the account defaults can be used, but it does not accurately retain our P&L accounts. Our Balance Sheet accounts and our P&L accounts use different departments. So, we two default accounts, or be able to add the department along with the natural accounts.
