Customized PO EMail message and subject not being populated from data model

Summary:

I am trying to customize my PO email templates to include fields from the data model. I have followed the instructions as Oracle has posted but have been unable to have the field defined in the RTF form populated -- they are blank in the report even though they are present in the data. Oracle is not supporting me on this as they say it is a customization and not a support issue.

Does anyone have a working example of a customized PO email report? Can you share the RTF document that successfully formats the PO?
