how to update expired courses ??

Summary:

update expired courses thru HDL or supress them from employee dashboard

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have many employees with incorrect delayed courses in the learning module.

We try to mark them as completed through HDL, but the learning dashboard doesn't change. the user also cannot make any transactions with them.

We verified to create acitivity attempt as we watched (discussion 711425) but HDL returns invalid ActivityId.
