Summary: Not all changes made on RTF are reflecting on workflow notification

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): I have made a copy of the seeded CreateJobReport and placed it inside Custom -> Human Capital Management -> Workflow Notification as per Oracle's documentation.

I then removed the Job Family and Valid Grade fields from the RFT. These two changes have taken effect and the fields are no longer showing on the report. I also added four DFF fields to the RTF. These four fields are also showing on the report.

However when I view the notification in Bell then the four DFF fields are not showing.
