Auto Role Provisioning Exception

We have setup the Hiring Manager Role Auto provisioning. Is there any option to place exception for few employees?

Basically we have done role based personalization on Add Requisition screen's configuration section enabled/disabled based on the role(Hiring Manager or Recruiter) assigned to person. to achieve the same we created 2 rules in Design studio

Based on my Oracle's response Design studio personalization work bottom to top approach and if same section is personalized in multiple rules only first personalization will work and other will be ignored.

Now few of the employees in recruiting team happens to have both roles attached to them and the above personalization is compromised.
