Report on Leave of Absence
Summary:
In our company, we use an Action in the Employment page to track if the employee is going on Leave of Absence (e.g. Maternity leave).
Then, we use another action (called 'Return of Leave of Absence') to track their return.
We would need a report to track:
- When the employee went on Leave of Absence (effective date of action 'Leave of Absence')
- Why the employee went on Leave of Absence (action reason of the action 'Leave of Absence')
- When the employee returned from Leave of Absence (effective date of action 'Return of Leave of Absence')
Please note that other actions (e.g. Manager Change) can occur while the employee is out.
