How to keep a read only field of an array only read also post update

Hello,

I have an array that is populated when i click a button.

Item Result is the array and it is populated when I click the button "Search Item"

As you an see, the fields are read only (item selectable, item code, ...). However, when I click on Update, the fields are now read/write:

Is there a standard way to keep the fields only read also after the update?
